Refund Policy

Designer Wallpaper

Our wallpaper products are custom made that is. made to order for specific measurements of the customer's wall size.  Based on the "made to order" basis, the customer must be absolutely sure that the wall measurements are accurate to prevent any issues during installation and the results of installation.  We will not be able to refund the customer's funds as a result of faulty measurements.  However, if there is a mutual error in the measurements, between the customer and Nexus Reno & Decor's staff. 

Mockup Drawings 

Mockup drawings on our Sketchup or AutoCAD software are designed to give the customer a visual of how the wallpaper will look in their decor in order to make sound decisions. Nexus Reno & Decor / Nexus 3D Wallpaper offer this service to the customer pro-bono with the understanding that any charges will be waived upon purchase of said wallpaper. The above waiver clause of these charges of $65 plus applicable taxes (CAD) per design will be applied if said customer decides to forgo our wallpaper services. 

Payment Policy

Upon agreement of the wallpaper design, colours and scaling and other modifications, the customer is obliged to deposit within 1-3 days (50%) or an agreed upon percentage of the total price of the goods and services provided and performed by Nexus Reno & Decor / Nexus 3D Wallpaper. Upon completion of wallpaper installation; the customer is obligated to submit final payments no later than 2 days of above date of completion unless otherwise negotiated at a later date.

Warranty Policy


All of our Custom 3D or Non-3D Wallpaper products are custom made and designed according to the customer's specifications. We will grant a 60 day warranty of any issues such as peeling or bubbles forming and will repair the wallpaper at no additional charge. Our warranty will not cover damages by the customer or the act of God.   

3D Wallpaper Refund Policy

Our 3D or Non-3D Wallpaper is custom made to the customer's wall size specifications and is on occasion modified to suit the customer's decor.  Our website's wallpaper designs are actual either factory images, shutterstock.com or istock.com images and depict the actual wallpaper design and colour. We try to replicate the colour and design as closely as possible however, sometimes it may be slightly different. We will try our best to ensure the customer receives the accurate design as much as possible. Under any circumstances that the customer receives a slightly different colour or design, the customer has the right to receive a replacement wallpaper or they can select another design to their liking notwithstanding the price differentiation; however will not receive a cash refund based on the fact that customization, modifications and scaling of the wallpaper is to the specific wall measurements and that it cannot be restocked. We as a custom wallpaper company try our best to ensure the wallpaper is professionally made to the customer's standards. Refund for Non-Custom 3D Wallpaper Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 5 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items: Custom 3D Wallpaper (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@nexusrenodecor.com and send your item to: Nexus Reno & Decor, 7250 Keele St., Unit 159, Concord, Ontario L4K 1Z8 Canada.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nexus Reno & Decor, Improve Canada - 7250 Keele St., Unit 243, Concord, Ontario, Canada L4K 1Z8

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
